Description
In this 1-Day learning path, participants gain hands-on experience building and managing segments using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data. You’ll practise creating segments based on unified customer profiles, generating insights and suggested segments, and administering segmentation strategies. Prerequisites include ingesting a dataset and creating a basic customer profile.

- Build segments from unified customer profiles
- Generate segment insights and suggested (AI-driven) segments
- Manage existing segments—activate, refresh, edit rules, and delete
- Configure segment refresh schedules and monitoring
