Course 55370 serves as the Community Courseware counterpart to the now-retired Microsoft Course 20331 – Administering SharePoint Online.

As a component of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online powers all file-related experiences within the platform. This four-day course offers a comprehensive introduction to SharePoint Online Management and Administration, making it ideal for those with experience managing SharePoint on-premises as well as individuals new to SharePoint administration.

While the course content and labs are designed using Office 365 and Windows 11, the skills taught are also compatible with Windows 10. The training is based on the Office 365 E3 license features, as these represent the core functionalities found across both Office 365 and Microsoft 365 plans.

This course is designed for IT professionals with a basic understanding of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePoint.

Prerequisites

A general overview and foundational knowledge of Office 365 and SharePoint is recommended before attending this course.
